Indiana High School Basketball - Kokomo tops Cathedral
February 1, 2024: Kokomo, IN 46902 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Kokomo Wildkats (Kokomo, IN) and the visiting Cathedral Fighting Irish (Indianapolis, IN), saw Kokomo's basketball squad knock off Cathedral by a count of 91-74.
With the victory, Kokomo upgrades its record to 17-3 on the campaign. The Wildkats travel to Richmond (Richmond, IN) to play the Red Devils in a North Central challenge on Friday, February 9. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a record of 18-2. Richmond lost 50-45 in their recent league challenge against Anderson (Anderson, IN)
Next up, the Fighting Irish play the Fishers Tigers (Fishers, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 9. Cathedral will attempt to upgrade on its 14-3 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 19-1 record after their 78-57 non-league win over Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL).
