Indiana High School Basketball - Cathedral can't hold off Fishers

February 9, 2024: Fishers, IN 46038

The Fishers Tigers basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Cathedral Fighting Irish to 51 in the Tigers non-league victory on Friday.

The Tigers now sport a 20-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lawrence North for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 13. Fishers will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 84-46 non-league win over Fort Wayne Snider (Fort Wayne, IN). The Wildcats record now stands at 19-2.

The Fighting Irish (14-4) will now prepare for their contest against Franklin Central (Indianapolis, IN). The Flashes come into the non-league contest with a 10-11 record. In their last contest, Franklin Central was nudged by Avon (Avon, IN), 60-53, in a league contest.
