Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Chester crushes Interboro
February 1, 2024: Prospect Park, PA 19076 Chester Clippers (Chester, PA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad wallop the host Interboro Buccaneers (Prospect Park, PA), 84-55 in a league challenge.
With the victory, Chester improves its record to 17-1 on the campaign. The Clippers host Glasgow (Newark, DE) to confront the Dragons in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 3. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 9-6. Glasgow won 48-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Early College (Dover, DE)
Next up, the Buccaneers confront the Penn Wood Patriots (Lansdowne, PA) in a Delaware Valley challenge, on Monday, February 5. Interboro will attempt to improve on its 5-12 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 9-8 record after their 55-45 non-league win over String Theory (Philadelphia, PA).
