February 1, 2024: Quincy, FL 32351 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Crossroad Academy Scorpions (Quincy, FL) and the visiting Leon Lions (Tallahassee, FL), saw Crossroad Academy's basketball squad overcome Leon by a tally of 70-61.
With the victory, Crossroad Academy improves its record to 14-6 on the campaign. The Scorpions travel to Gadsden County (Havana, FL) to confront the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 2. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 7-10. Gadsden County lost 71-70 in their recent non-league challenge against Munroe (Quincy, FL)
Next up, the Lions confront the Gainesville Hurricanes (Gainesville, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Leon will attempt to improve on its 5-18 season record. The Hurricanes come into the challenge with a 14-11 record after their 64-60 non-league win over Eastside (Gainesville, FL).
