Indiana High School Basketball - Westfield can't hold off Fishers

February 1, 2024: Fishers, IN 46038

The Fishers Tigers basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Westfield Shamrocks to 49 in the Tigers league victory on Thursday.

The Tigers now sport a 18-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Homewood-Flossmoor for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 3. Fishers will battle a Vikings team coming off a 78-70 league win over Lincoln-Way East (Frankfort, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 24-2.

The Shamrocks (14-2) will now prepare for their contest against Harrison (West Lafayette, IN). The Raiders come into the non-league contest with a 8-10 record. In their last contest, Harrison edged Lafayette Central Catholic (Lafayette, IN), 57-42, in a non-league contest.
