Westfield Shamrocks (Westfield, IN) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Pike Red Devils (Indianapolis, IN), 72-46 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Westfield upgrades its record to 19-2 on the campaign.

Next up, the Red Devils play the Ben Davis Giants (Indianapolis, IN) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 28. Pike will attempt to upgrade on its 6-16 season record. The Giants come into the bout with a 17-5 record after their 75-54 non-league win over Indianapolis Arsenal Technical (Indianapolis, IN).
