In Thursday's league match, the visiting George Washington Patriots basketball team scored a tight 53-46 triumph over the Hurricane Redskins.

In their next game, the Patriots meet the Cabell Midland Knights (Ona, WV) in a Mountain State match, on Saturday, February 3. George Washington will attempt to better on its 10-4 season record.
