Kentucky High School Basketball - Trinity ripped by Grayson County
February 1, 2024: Whitesville, KY 42378 The Grayson County Cougars basketball team scored 79 points and held the host Trinity Raiders to 42 in the Cougars league triumph on Thursday.
The Cougars now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Butler County for a District 12 contest on Friday, February 2. Grayson County will battle a Bears team coming off a 72-64 non-league win over Franklin-Simpson (Franklin, KY). The Bears record now stands at 12-6.
The Raiders (1-16) will now prepare for their contest against Edmonson County (Brownsville, KY). The Wildcats enter the District 12 contest with a 6-11 record. In their last contest, Edmonson County was routed by Butler County (Morgantown, KY), 80-50, in a league contest.
