Ohio High School Basketball - Cory-Rawson nudges Ridgedale
February 1, 2024: Rawson, OH 45881 Cory-Rawson Fighting Hornets (Rawson, OH) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Ridgedale Rockets (Morral, OH), 51-44 in a league bout.
With the win, Cory-Rawson upgrades its record to 6-12 on the season. The Fighting Hornets travel to Fostoria (Fostoria, OH) to clash with the Redmen in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 3. The Redmen go into the bout with a record of 7-10. Fostoria lost 62-41 in their recent league bout against Lake (Millbury, OH)
Next up, the Rockets clash with the East Knox Bulldogs (Howard, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 3. Ridgedale will attempt to upgrade on its 10-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 5-13 record after their 52-43 league loss to Danville (Danville, OH).
