February 1, 2024: Lamberton, MN 56152 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Southwest Minnesota Christian Eagles (Edgerton, MN) and the host Red Rock Central Falcons (Lamberton, MN), saw Southwest Minnesota Christian's basketball squad wallop Red Rock Central by a tally of 68-23.
With the victory, Southwest Minnesota Christian improves its record to 18-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Russell-Tyler-Ruthton (Tyler, MN) to play the Knights in a A Section 3 challenge on Monday, February 5. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 11-9. Russell-Tyler-Ruthton lost 70-68 in their recent league challenge against Adrian/Ellsworth (Adrian, MN)
Next up, the Falcons play the Edgerton Flying Dutchmen (Edgerton, MN) in a A Section 3 challenge, on Friday, February 2. Red Rock Central will attempt to improve on its 1-20 season record. The Flying Dutchmen come into the challenge with a 15-6 record after their 76-57 league win over Adrian/Ellsworth (Adrian, MN).
