California High School Basketball - Milken bested by Shalhevet
February 1, 2025: Los Angeles, CA 90036 Shalhevet Firehawks (Los Angeles, CA) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Milken Wildcats (Los Angeles, CA), 55-46 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Shalhevet advances its record to 16-11 on the year. The Firehawks travel to Price (Los Angeles, CA) to meet the Knights in a Mulholland match on Tuesday, February 4. The Knights enter the match with a record of 19-6. Price won 64-39 in their recent non-league match against King/Drew (Los Angeles, CA)
The Wildcats now own a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oakwood for a non-league match on Monday, February 3. Milken will meet a Owls squad coming off a 79-40 non-league loss to George Washington Prep (Los Angeles, CA). The Owls record now stands at 11-11.
