February 1, 2025: Ray, ND 58849 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Velva Aggies (Velva, ND) and the host Ray Ray Jays (Ray, ND), observed Velva's basketball team knock off Ray by a score of 77-64.
The Aggies (11-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Harvey (Harvey, ND). The Hornets come into the non-league challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last challenge, Harvey prevailed over Drake/Anamoose (Drake, ND), 70-43, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Ray Jays encounter the Trenton Tigers (Trenton, ND) in a B District 5 challenge, on Thursday, February 6. Ray will attempt to improve on its 10-5 season record.
