February 1, 2025: Gallup, NM 87301 Bloomfield Bobcats (Bloomfield, NM) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Miyamura Patriots (Gallup, NM), 52-29 in a league match.
With the victory, Bloomfield advances its record to 11-8 on the year. The Bobcats travel to Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM) to face the Broncos in a 4A District 1 match on Thursday, February 6. The Broncos enter the match with a record of 18-2. Kirtland Central won 65-28 in their recent league match against Aztec (Aztec, NM)
The Patriots now own a 1-19 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shiprock for a 4A District 1 match on Thursday, February 6. Miyamura will face a Chieftains squad coming off a 66-12 league loss to Gallup (Gallup, NM). The Chieftains record now stands at 8-12.
