February 1, 2025: Ann Arbor, MI 48105 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Grosse Ile Red Devils (Grosse Ile, MI) and the host Gabriel Richard Fighting Irish (Ann Arbor, MI), witnessed Grosse Ile's ice hockey team defeat Gabriel Richard by a score of 4-0.
The Red Devils (13-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Carlson (Gibraltar, MI). The Marauders come into the non-league challenge with a 11-7 record. In their last challenge, Carlson got by Anderson (Southgate, MI), 2-1, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Fighting Irish battle the Cabrini Monarchs (Allen Park, MI) in a Catholic challenge, on Wednesday, February 5. Gabriel Richard will attempt to better on its 8-10 season record. The Monarchs come into the challenge with a 2-19 record after their 17-9 non-league win over Huron (New Boston, MI).
