California High School Basketball - Alhambra nips Pinole Valley
February 1, 2025: Pinole, CA 94564 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Alhambra Bulldogs (Martinez, CA) and the host Pinole Valley Spartans (Pinole, CA), observed Alhambra's basketball team edge Pinole Valley by a margin of 42-40.
The Bulldogs (8-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Berean Christian (Walnut Creek, CA). The Eagles come into the challenge with a 0-9 record. In their last challenge, Berean Christian was tipped by Las Lomas (Walnut Creek, CA), 70-22, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans battle the Vallejo Redhawks (Vallejo, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Pinole Valley will attempt to better on its 2-7 season record.
