Michigan High School Basketball - Brown City overwhelms Marlette
February 10, 2023: Brown City, MI 48416 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Brown City Green Devils (Brown City, MI) and the visiting Marlette Red Raiders (Marlette, MI), saw Brown City's basketball squad wallop Marlette by a tally of 61-24.
With the victory, Brown City improves its record to 16-1 on the campaign. The Green Devils travel to Almont (Almont, MI) to confront the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 13. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 6-11. Almont lost 41-40 in their recent league challenge against Richmond (Richmond, MI)
Next up, the Red Raiders confront the Lakeville Falcons (Otisville, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 15. Marlette will attempt to improve on its 5-9 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 0-16 record after their 80-53 league loss to New Lothrop (New Lothrop, MI).
