Fairfax Lions (Los Angeles, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Crenshaw Cougars (Los Angeles, CA), 74-71 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Fairfax upgrades its record to 18-10 on the season. The Lions travel to Birmingham (Lake Balboa, CA) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 18. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 20-8. Birmingham won 76-64 in their recent non-league bout against San Pedro (San Pedro, CA)
