New Hampshire High School Basketball - Lin-Wood nips Gorham
February 10, 2023: Lincoln, NH 03251 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Lin-Wood Lumberjacks (Lincoln, NH) and the visiting Gorham Huskies (Gorham, NH), saw Lin-Wood's basketball squad hold off Gorham by a tally of 57-54.
With the victory, Lin-Wood improves its record to 6-8 on the campaign. The Lumberjacks host Profile (Bethlehem, NH) to play the Patriots in a Division IV challenge on Monday, February 13. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 14-5. Profile lost 53-48 in their recent league challenge against Woodsville (Woodsville, NH)
Next up, the Huskies play the Pittsburg Panthers (Pittsburg, NH) in a Division IV challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Gorham will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 4-10 record after their 67-56 league win over Moultonborough Academy (Moultonborough, NH).
