Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Lake George Warriors (Lake George, NY) and the visiting Hartford Central Tanagers (Hartford, NY), saw Lake George's basketball squad hold off Hartford Central by a tally of 59-52.

With the victory, Lake George improves its record to 11-8 on the campaign. The Warriors host Queensbury (Queensbury, NY) to confront the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 13. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 8-10. Queensbury won 73-60 in their recent non-league challenge against Broadalbin-Perth (Broadalbin, NY)

Next up, the Tanagers confront the Warrensburg Burgers (Warrensburg, NY) in a Section 2 Adirondack challenge, on Monday, February 13. Hartford Central will attempt to improve on its 5-14 season record. The Burgers come into the challenge with a 12-6 record after their 73-47 league loss to Granville (Granville, NY).
