The Manchester Valley Mavericks basketball team (Manchester, MD), was routed 75-53 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Linganore Lancers (Frederick, MD)

The Lancers now sport a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tuscarora for a CMC battle on Tuesday, February 14. Linganore will battle a Titans team coming off a 59-50 league win over Smithsburg (Smithsburg, MD). The Titans record now stands at 7-14.

The Mavericks (10-9) will now prepare for their battle against Hereford (Parkton, MD). The Bulls come into the non-league battle with a 14-5 record. In their last battle, Hereford trounced Carver A&T (Towson, MD), 71-51, in a league battle.
