Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Linganore Lancers (Frederick, MD) and the visiting Oakdale (Ijamsville, MD), saw Linganore's basketball squad overcome Oakdale by a tally of 53-45.

With the victory, Linganore improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Governor Thomas Johnson (Frederick, MD) to confront the Patriots in a CMC challenge on Monday, December 19. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Governor Thomas Johnson won 78-71 in their recent league challenge against South Hagerstown (Hagerstown, MD)
