With the victory, New Waverly improves its record to 24-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Crockett (Crockett, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a 3A Region III District 23 challenge on Tuesday, February 14. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 20-12. Crockett won 72-59 in their recent league challenge against Trinity (Trinity, TX)
Next up, the Longhorns play the Anderson-Shiro Fighting Owls (Anderson, TX) in a 3A Region III District 23 challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Tarkington will attempt to improve on its 16-17 season record. The Fighting Owls come into the challenge with a 7-25 record after their 63-57 league loss to Onalaska (Onalaska, TX).
