The St. Maries Lumberjacks basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Orofino Maniacs to 35 in the Lumberjacks league triumph on Friday.

The Lumberjacks now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kendrick for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 11. St. Maries will battle a Tigers team coming off a 52-50 league win over Timberline (Weippe, ID). The Tigers record now stands at 14-2.

The Maniacs (10-7) will now prepare for their contest against Clarkston (Clarkston, WA). The Bantams enter the non-league contest with a 9-11 record.
