North Carolina High School Basketball - Hickory Ridge knocked off by West Cabarrus

February 10, 2023: Harrisburg, NC 28075

The West Cabarrus Wolverines basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls to 35 in the Wolverines league triumph on Friday.

The Wolverines now sport a 17-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host A.L. Brown for a non-league contest on Monday, February 13. West Cabarrus will battle a Wonders team coming off a 52-24 non-league win over Concord (Concord, NC). The Wonders record now stands at 8-15.

The Ragin' Bulls (16-6) will now prepare for their contest against South Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Vikings enter the 4A Conference 57 contest with a 5-18 record. In their last contest, South Iredell was defeated by Cox Mill (Concord, NC), 65-34, in a league contest.
