The Schroon Lake Wildcats (Schroon Lake, NY) basketball felled the visiting Lake Placid Bombers (Lake Placid, NY), 49-40 in Friday's league test.

The Wildcats (11-6) will now prepare for their test against Chazy (Chazy, NY). The Eagles go into the Section 7 Mountain and Valley II test with a 9-8 record.
