February 8, 2023: Willsboro, NY 12996 The Willsboro Central Warriors basketball team (Willsboro, NY), dropped 42-27 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Schroon Lake Wildcats (Schroon Lake, NY)
The Wildcats now possess a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake Placid for a Section 7 Mountain and Valley II battle on Friday, February 10. Schroon Lake will battle a Bombers team coming off a 30-22 league win over Long Lake Central (Long Lake, NY). The Bombers record now stands at 8-6.
The Warriors (6-10) will now prepare for their battle against Bolton Central (Bolton Landing, NY). The Eagles come into the Section 7 Mountain and Valley II battle with a 11-5 record. In their last battle, Bolton Central prevailed over Wells (Wells, NY), 57-32, in a league battle.
