February 10, 2023: New Castle, CO 81647 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Coal Ridge Titans (New Castle, CO) and the visiting Rifle Bears (Rifle, CO), saw Coal Ridge's basketball squad wallop Rifle by a tally of 63-30.
With the victory, Coal Ridge improves its record to 14-1 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Basalt (Basalt, CO) to confront the Longhorns in a challenge on Saturday, February 11. The Longhorns come into the challenge with a record of 5-9.
Next up, the Bears confront the Aspen Skiers (Aspen, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 11. Rifle will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Skiers come into the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 57-30 non-league loss to Delta (Delta, CO).
