February 10, 2024: Bloomfield, NM 87413 In Saturday's league match, the host Bloomfield Bobcats basketball team scored a tight 65-62 triumph over the Gallup Bengals.
In their next game, the Bobcats meet the Miyamura Patriots (Gallup, NM) in a 4A District 1 match, on Thursday, February 15. Bloomfield will attempt to move on its 9-13 season record. The Patriots enter the match with a 1-20 record after their 57-42 league loss to Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM).
With the defeat, Gallup moves to 9-11 on the campaign. The Bengals travel to Shiprock (Shiprock, NM) to confront the Chieftains in a 4A District 1 challenge on Thursday, February 15. The Chieftains come into the challenge with a record of 14-8. Shiprock lost 94-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Navajo Prep (Farmington, NM)
