Indiana High School Basketball - Union nips GEO Next Generation

February 10, 2024: Modoc, IN 47358

Union Rockets (Modoc, IN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting GEO Next Generation Eagles (Indianapolis, IN), 52-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Union upgrades its record to 3-12 on the season. The Rockets host Shenandoah (Middletown, IN) to play the Raiders in a Mid-Eastern bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 10-9. Shenandoah won 69-52 in their recent league bout against Randolph Southern (Lynn, IN)

Next up, the Eagles play the Victory College Prep Bulldogs (Indianapolis, IN) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 14. GEO Next Generation will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 8-12 record after their 65-44 non-league win over Herron (Indianapolis, IN).
