Washington High School Basketball - Mount Vernon Christian thwarts Providence Classical Christian
February 10, 2024: Mount Vernon, WA 98273 The Mount Vernon Christian Hurricanes (Mount Vernon, WA) basketball knocked off the visiting Providence Classical Christian Highlanders (Kirkland, WA), 72-61 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Hurricanes (11-12) will now prepare for their test against Muckleshoot Tribal (Auburn, WA). The Kings go into the non-league test with a 18-4 record. In their last test, Muckleshoot Tribal notched a victory over Sound Christian (Tacoma, WA), 61-54, in a league test.
The Highlanders now own a 11-8 record.
