February 10, 2025: Baton Rouge, LA 70802 McKinley Panthers (Baton Rouge, LA) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Belaire Bengals (Baton Rouge, LA), 79-20 in a league match.
With the victory, McKinley advances its record to 16-8 on the year. The Panthers travel to Southern Lab (Baton Rouge, LA) to meet the Kittens in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 11. The Kittens enter the match with a record of 24-6. Southern Lab won 72-47 in their recent non-league match against Northeast (Pride, LA)
The Bengals now own a 7-24 record. They play next when they travel to North Iberville for a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 12. Belaire will play a Bears team coming off a 54-52 league win over Ascension Christian (Gonzales, LA). The Bears record now stands at 8-16.
