Iowa High School Basketball - Fort Madison overwhelms Davis County
February 10, 2025: Bloomfield, IA 52537 The Fort Madison Bloodhounds basketball team scored 81 points and limited the host Davis County Mustangs to 51 in the Bloodhounds non-league triumph on Monday.
The Bloodhounds now possess a 9-9 record. They play next when they travel to Keokuk for a Southeast game on Thursday, February 13. Fort Madison will play a Chiefs team coming off a 75-48 league win over Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, IA). The Chiefs record now stands at 13-6.
With the loss, Davis County falls to 12-10 on the campaign. The Mustangs host New London (New London, IA) to play the Tigers in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 1-20. New London lost 64-36 in their recent non-league game against Wapello (Wapello, IA)
