The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Elbert County Blue Devils (Elberton, GA) and the host Oglethorpe County Patriots (Lexington, GA), observed Elbert County's basketball team overcome Oglethorpe County by a margin of 72-54.

The Blue Devils (11-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Banks County (Homer, GA). The Leopards come into the A D1 Region 8 challenge with a 10-14 record. In their last challenge, Banks County dropped by Rabun County (Tiger, GA), 70-66, in a league challenge.
