February 11, 2022: Watertown, MA 02472 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Watertown Red Raiders (Watertown, MA) and the visiting Wakefield Memorial Warriors (Wakefield, MA), saw Watertown's basketball squad overcome Wakefield Memorial by a tally of 68-56.
With the victory, Watertown improves its record to 9-6 on the campaign. The Red Raiders host Lexington (Lexington, MA) to play the Minutemen in a Middlesex challenge on Monday, February 14. The Minutemen come into the challenge with a record of 13-1. Lexington won 118-67 in their recent league challenge against Belmont (Belmont, MA)
Next up, the Warriors play the Marblehead Magicians (Marblehead, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 14. Wakefield Memorial will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record. The Magicians come into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 63-49 league loss to Salem (Salem, MA).
