Delaware High School Basketball - Brandywine can't hold off St. Mark's
February 11, 2023: Wilmington, DE 19808 The St. Mark's Spartans basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Brandywine Bulldogs to 54 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Spartans now sport a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newark Charter School for a Freelance contest on Tuesday, February 14. St. Mark's will battle a Patriots team coming off a 58-52 non-league win over Wilmington Christian (Hockessin, DE). The Patriots record now stands at 9-7.
The Bulldogs (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against Howard (Wilmington, DE). The Wildcats enter the Blue Hen Flight - B contest with a 11-3 record.
