Wyoming High School Basketball - Greybull can't hold off Wind River
February 11, 2023: Pavillion, WY 82523 The Wind River Cougars basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Greybull Buffaloes to 67 in the Cougars league triumph on Saturday.
The Cougars now sport a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rocky Mountain for a 2A Northwest contest on Friday, February 17. Wind River will battle a Grizzlies team coming off a 48-33 league win over Shoshoni (Shoshoni, WY). The Grizzlies record now stands at 11-8.
The Buffaloes (9-8) will now prepare for their contest against Burlington (Burlington, WY). The Huskies enter the non-league contest with a 17-3 record. In their last contest, Burlington nudged Dubois (Dubois, WY), 71-32, in a league contest.
