February 11, 2023: Mobridge, SD 57601 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Groton Tigers (Groton, SD) and the host Mobridge-Pollock Tigers (Mobridge, SD), saw Groton's basketball squad overcome Mobridge-Pollock by a tally of 58-41.
With the victory, Groton improves its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Britton-Hecla (Britton, SD) to confront the Braves in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 17. The Braves come into the challenge with a record of 2-16.
Next up, the Tigers confront the Stanley County Buffalos (Fort Pierre, SD) in a A Region 6 challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Mobridge-Pollock will attempt to improve on its 9-9 season record. The Buffalos come into the challenge with a 3-14 record after their 75-46 non-league loss to White River (White River, SD).
