In Saturday's non-league outing, the Lemmon Cowboys (Lemmon, SD) basketball squad felled the visiting New Underwood Tigers (New Underwood, SD), by a margin of 50-40.

The Cowboys (8-7) will now prepare for their outing against Faith (Faith, SD). The Longhorns go into the B Region 8 outing with a 16-1 record. In their last outing, Faith thwarted Hettinger/Scranton (Hettinger, ND), 84-47, in a non-league outing.
