Nebraska High School Basketball - North Star overwhelms Omaha South
February 11, 2023: Lincoln, NE 68504 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the North Star Navigators (Lincoln, NE) and the visiting Omaha South Packers (Omaha, NE), saw North Star's basketball squad wallop Omaha South by a tally of 87-49.
With the victory, North Star improves its record to 15-6 on the campaign. The Navigators travel to Lincoln East (Lincoln, NE) to confront the Spartans in a A District TBD challenge on Tuesday, February 14. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 16-4. Lincoln East won 58-53 in their recent league challenge against Pius X (Lincoln, NE)
Next up, the Packers confront the Bellevue East Chieftains (Bellevue, NE) in a A District TBD challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Omaha South will attempt to improve on its 2-17 season record. The Chieftains come into the challenge with a 7-13 record after their 74-33 league loss to Bellevue West (Bellevue, NE).
