February 11, 2023: Keyser, WV 26726 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Keyser Golden Tornado (Keyser, WV) and the visiting Fairmont Senior Polar Bears (Fairmont, WV), saw Keyser's basketball squad hold off Fairmont Senior by a tally of 47-40.
With the victory, Keyser improves its record to 12-7 on the campaign. The Golden Tornado host Petersburg (Petersburg, WV) to play the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 14. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 9-9. Petersburg lost 75-62 in their recent non-league challenge against Philip Barbour (Philippi, WV)
Next up, the Polar Bears play the Varsity Opponent (, ) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 15. Fairmont Senior will attempt to improve on its 5-13 season record.
