The Woodrow Wilson Flying Eagles (Beckley, WV) basketball felled the host Riverside Warriors (Belle, WV), 60-42 in Saturday's league test.

The Flying Eagles (12-8) will now prepare for their test against Oak Hill (Oak Hill, WV). The Red Devils go into the Freelance test with a 2-17 record. In their last test, Oak Hill was beaten by East Fairmont (Fairmont, WV), 77-40, in a non-league test.

The Warriors now own a 8-13 record. They play next when they host Capital for a Mountain State test on Thursday, February 16. Riverside will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 49-26 non-league loss to Ripley (Ripley, WV). The Cougars record now stands at 0-19.
