The Mountain Ridge Sentinels basketball squad (Herriman, UT), was nudged 71-68 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Bingham Miners (South Jordan, UT)

With the victory, Bingham advances its record to 16-6 on the year. The Miners host Corner Canyon (Draper, UT) to meet the Chargers in a 6A Region 2 battle on Friday, February 14. The Chargers enter the battle with a record of 15-7. Corner Canyon won 76-62 in their recent league battle against Riverton (Riverton, UT)

The Sentinels now own a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Copper Hills for a 6A Region 2 battle on Friday, February 14. Mountain Ridge will meet a Grizzlies squad coming off a 75-64 league loss to Herriman (West Herriman, UT). The Grizzlies record now stands at 12-10.
