February 11, 2025: Stanfield, OR 97875 Stanfield Tigers (Stanfield, OR) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting La Grande Tigers (La Grande, OR), 73-48 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Stanfield upgrades its record to 18-5 on the year. The Tigers travel to Enterprise (Enterprise, OR) to face the Outlaws in a 2A Blue Mountain match on Friday, February 14. The Outlaws enter the match with a record of 20-5. Enterprise lost 65-35 in their recent non-league match against Crane (Crane, OR)
The Tigers now sport a 6-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pendleton for a 4A Greater Oregon match on Friday, February 14. La Grande will face a Buckaroos squad coming off a 62-49 non-league loss to Nixyaawii Community (Pendleton, OR). The Buckaroos record now stands at 10-13.
