South Dakota High School Basketball - Northwestern Area defeats Webster
February 11, 2025: Webster, SD 57274 The Northwestern Area Wildcats (Mellette, SD) basketball were winner over the host Webster Bearcats (Webster, SD), 66-55 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 6-11 record. They play next when they travel to Great Plains Lutheran for a non-league bout on Thursday, February 13. Northwestern Area will play a Panthers team coming off a 44-37 non-league win over Deubrook (White, SD). The Panthers record now stands at 7-9.
With the loss, Webster falls to 5-12 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Leola/Frederick (Leola, SD) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 15. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 17-4. Leola/Frederick lost 92-65 in their recent non-league bout against Groton (Groton, SD)
