Illinois High School Basketball - Streator fells Seneca
February 11, 2025: Streator, IL 61364 The Streator Bulldogs basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Seneca Fighting Irish to 37 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now possess a 21-5 record. They play next when they host Lisle for a Illinois Central 8 game on Friday, February 14. Streator will confront a Lions team coming off a 68-56 non-league win over Mooseheart (Mooseheart, IL). The Lions record now stands at 7-22.
With the loss, Seneca falls to 23-5 on the campaign. The Fighting irish host Woodland (Streator, IL) to confront the Warriors in a Tri-County game on Friday, February 14. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 18-10. Woodland lost 51-42 in their recent non-league game against LeRoy (LeRoy, IL)
