February 11, 2025: Haverhill, MA 01830 Shawsheen Valley Tech Rams (Billerica, MA) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Whittier RVT Wildcats (Haverhill, MA), 78-37 in a league match.
With the victory, Shawsheen Valley Tech upgrades its record to 15-2 on the year. The Rams host Bedford (Bedford, MA) to face the Buccaneers in a non-league match on Friday, February 14. The Buccaneers enter the match with a record of 2-16. Bedford lost 68-42 in their recent league match against Concord-Carlisle (Concord, MA)
The Wildcats now sport a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lynn Vo-Tech for a Commonwealth - Upper match on Friday, February 14. Whittier RVT will face a Tigers squad coming off a 41-32 league loss to Greater Lawrence Tech (Andover, MA). The Tigers record now stands at 9-9.
