Michigan High School Basketball - Burr Oak overwhelms Waldron
February 11, 2025: Burr Oak, MI 49030 The Burr Oak Bobcats basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Waldron Spartans to 29 in the Bobcats league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bobcats now possess a 12-3 record. They play next when they host Mendon for a Southern Central game on Thursday, February 13. Burr Oak will play a Hornets team coming off a 46-33 league win over St. Philip Catholic Central (Battle Creek, MI). The Hornets record now stands at 9-7.
With the loss, Waldron falls to 6-10 on the campaign. The Spartans host Camden-Frontier (Camden, MI) to play the Redskins in a Southern Central game on Thursday, February 13. The Redskins go into the game with a record of 9-9. Camden-Frontier lost 60-13 in their recent non-league game against Jonesville (Jonesville, MI)
