Oklahoma High School Basketball - Shawnee triumphant over Claremore
February 11, 2025: Claremore, OK 74017 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Shawnee Wolves (Shawnee, OK) and the host Claremore Zebras (Claremore, OK), observed Shawnee's basketball team overwhelm Claremore by a margin of 53-29.
The Wolves (16-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Tuttle (Tuttle, OK). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 14-6 record. In their last challenge, Tuttle was trounced by Ada (Ada, OK), 52-46, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Zebras battle the Guthrie Bluejays (Guthrie, OK) in a 5A District 3 challenge, on Thursday, February 13. Claremore will attempt to better on its 8-16 season record. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a 1-15 record after their 101-13 league loss to Booker T. Washington (Tulsa, OK).
