February 11, 2025: Mobridge, SD 57601 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Mobridge-Pollock Tigers (Mobridge, SD) and the visiting Timber Lake Panthers (Timber Lake, SD), observed Mobridge-Pollock's basketball team overwhelm Timber Lake by a score of 66-38.
The Tigers (13-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Sully Buttes (Onida, SD). The Chargers come into the non-league challenge with a 8-9 record. In their last challenge, Sully Buttes was routed by Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] (Gettysburg, SD), 56-42, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Panthers encounter the Newell Irrigators (Newell, SD) in a B Region 8 challenge, on Friday, February 14. Timber Lake will attempt to improve on its 10-7 season record. The Irrigators come into the challenge with a 6-12 record after their 59-25 non-league loss to Wall (Wall, SD).
