In Tuesday's league contest, the host Saluda Tigers basketball team scored a close 35-31 triumph over the Strom Thurmond Rebels.

The Tigers (15-4) will now prepare for their contest against Batesburg-Leesville (Batesburg, SC). The Panthers go into the non-league contest with a 0-13 record.
